My name is Monica Wheaton. I am the Director of Customer Success for ECI Software Solution. I am excited to join this group! I found out about it from Christi Powell after I met her at the International Builders Show. I have over 25 years experience working in the Residential Home Construction industry. Currently, I focus on supporting our customers to be as successful as they can be using ECI management solutions (software). My passion lies in working with leaders in the industry to make connections and provide insights that can help improve the industry overall for small and mid-sized companies. On a personal note, I have two boys (age 15 and 16) and enjoy all the wonderful outdoor activities I can do in the Pacific Northwest.
