Vendor Tables - Women Confidence Builders - Instructions for a Wonderful Day! 8/27/24

Hello and happy August! The days are closing in for our SC Leadership Luncheon Event happening TUESDAY, August 27th at the Greenville Convention Center.

We wanted to personally thank you for making this event come to life. We are so excited about the opportunity to support your small business and thankful for your participation!

Below are a few details to know to ensure a smooth check-in process:

TIMELINE

Doors open for table set up: 8 am

Shopping starts for guests: 10 am - 11:30 am

Event seating opens: at 11:15 am

There is open seating for general admission AND we will have tables labeled Vendors for a nice view during the event.

If you're invited to a sponsor table. Then, please see the table chart before entering the event seating area for your location. 

Presentation begins: 11:30 am

Scholarship presenting: 12:40 pm

End of event: 1 pm

Important note: there will not be access to electricity for the galleria tables. Please plan accordingly!

Provided for you: 8ft table, 2 chairs, and a black floor-length tablecloth

Floorplan: The table placements are first come first serve aside from the few marked tables. 

When you arrive please enter through the entrance marked on the attached map then go up the escalator. It is a bit of a hike into the convention center and up the escalator with the items needed for your table. Please plan accordingly! There will be a few volunteers available to help as well.
