Landscape professional seeking guidance

Hello all!

I'm Amelia Harris, and for the past 10 years I've held positions in landscaping, landscape project management, design, account management, and business development. I have always been the only woman aside from admin positions at the company that I work for, and I don't find many women at other landscape companies in this area either, especially in management. I'm looking for guidance from someone who has navigated something like this, as it has become an increasingly isolating experience. I'm looking forward to connecting with other women
