Please join us in our first workshop of our four part series around the mentorship and leadership of women in the construction industry.  During this work shop we will discuss: 
  • Women's representation in construction, the challenges and explore opportunities around growth, mentorship and retention. 
  • Different leadership styles that are effective in construction and how they can be adapted by women in the industry and supported by alias.
