COMPANY: Morrison Millwork JOB POSITION: Outside Sales Rep – Asheville, NC JOB DESCRIPTION: Morrison Millwork Sales Reps develop and maintain partnerships between customers and Morrison Millwork to fulfill their window and door needs. Salespersons will be integral in building long-lasting relationships between customers and the company. The salesperson’s role is to increase sales. This will involve identifying customers, listening to customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing the deal. ESSENTIAL ROLES: Generating Leads: prospecting (cold calls, referrals), partnering with Business Development Building Relationships: establish and maintain a relationship of trust and innovation. Provide the Sales Support team with appropriate information to complete a timely proposal. Follow up with customers to present proposals and close the deal. Return all customer calls within 24 hours. Enter all sales activity in Zendesk daily. Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate fast solutions with the Service team. Complete all administrative paperwork and data entry per company guidelines. Excellent sales negotiation and customer service skills. Self-starter who excels in decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Help-first attitude towards customers and co-workers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
