New York State Builders Association Research & Education Foundation (NYSBA REF) has developed a Scholarship Program to provide four scholarships (up to $1,500 each) to attend the National Association of Home Builders International Builders Show (NAHB IBS) in Las Vegas.  This Scholarship is open to all active members and local EO's who have not before attended the IBS event.   SEE INFO ON IBS HERE [nysba.us12.list-manage.com]
