GC Licensing and Organization

[Marti Gathings]

Hello! My name is Marti Gathings and I recently moved back to Greenville, SC to work with our family's construction business. In this it is my Dad, a few laborers, and my self so when it comes to the office my dad and I wear all hats. With that being said one of the things we struggle with most is staying organized within the business. Any advice in this area would be extremely helpful. 

 

Secondly, I am working towards my General Contractors License and this is extremely vigorous test. With that being said, if anyone has experience with this or has any advice it would be beyond appreciated.
