• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Managing filing and computer directory systems
• Answering phones and interviewing prospective clients
• Maintaining catalogs and sample libraries
• Greeting visiting clients and assisting in meeting preparation
• Ordering and tracking office and facility supplies
• General CEO and office assistance

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Previous administrative experience for a small office or team
• Professional experience with bookkeeping and data entry
• Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping software (Studio Webware)
• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite
• Professional personal presence is essential
• Elegant and polished verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Must live local to (this) area

SALARY: 

From $25,000 to $40,000 annually with bi-annual bonuses available

START DATE: 

April 5th
