Good morning, My name is Travis Guthrie and I am the Work Based Learning Coordinator at Anderson 1 & 2 Career & Technology Center in Williamston, SC. We offer over 2,000 students from Anderson School District One and Two with the opportunity to participate in over 22 different programs. St. Nicks Alliance has 2 different construction programs that train 16-24 year olds and 18+ year old olds to enter into the field of construction. We’ve graduated 2 cohorts in the last 2 months and in our last graduation we had 2 female guest speakers in construction trade present to the diverse class. https://www.stnicksalliance.org/workforce

Hello! I'm Mary Beth Walters and I work for Equus Workforce Solutions/SC Works in Greenville, Spartanburg, Cherokee & Union Counties in the upstate area. We have several programs that we can utilize to assist unemployed, underemployed or dislocated workers (this category consists of those who have been permanently laid off, recently (last 4 years) discharged military veterans (who have been unable to find employment, at home parents trying to re-enter the workforce).
