Rewinding a couple of months....I also just found out that NAWIC exists and that I have advocates here for becoming a WBE. I really look forward to the inspiration that comes with hearing from other women about your journey in this industry (I believe Christi and Angela referred to it as "male populated" rather than male dominated - love that!). My background is in mental health/substance abuse counseling and I only transitioned into the world of construction about 2 1/2 years ago. So much to learn and so many trails to blaze! 2 Quote
