Hi everyone! In a recent chat with Christi, she told me of this wonderful community. I am very excited to get engaged! 

My name is Alicia Brentzel and I own a heavy civil contracting company, Brex Enterprises, near Pittsburgh, PA. We are heading into our 11th year in business and are really hitting our stride. In addition, I also started business coaching for contractors who are looking to grow their business. I focus a lot on optimal profitability and creating independent operation in your business. I have really big goals of helping as many business owners as I can in 2024. My passion is business ownership and I will never turn down a business discussion! I know how hard it is to be a business owner, and often it's hard to find support on the bad days, so I am always here!

As for me personally, we have 5 kids under 9 😅 and a hobby farm. I am always looking for ways to engage in the construction community and challenge myself where I need to grow. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
