Hi there!  I am Katie Throckmorton from Mount Pleasant, SC.  I am the GC and owner of Distinct Builders, LLC in the Charleston area.  My business is 3 years old and growing.  My husband and I work together and we have great team members who take pride in their work and who value our company culture.  I am looking forward to participating in whatever ways I can and am happy to help as well.  Thank you Michael and Christi for creating this forum.

I lived in Mt Pleasant for years (met my wife there). I miss the vibe but DO NOT miss the traffic. 😆
