Hello my name is Nilva Gonzalez. I am the owner of Nakoma Construction Inc. A woman, minority, 100% disabled vet owned company. I hold a GC and Roofing license. I mostly work in the commercial side specializing in Metal Framing, Drywall and Acoustic Ceilings but our roofing side handles residential and commercial. Im very excited to be part of this group and network with other women in the field.

Hi everyone. My name is Alastair Boulding, feel free to call me AL. I am a Professor of Practice in construction sciences and management at Clemson University, I have been a tradesperson in HVAC for years, a manager for sub, G.C, developer for years as well - (I like my trades work more, lol, shhh don't tell anyone that) I am a huge advocate for women in construction, I actually think it is more important than working on getting any other demographic in construction. 27 years in Construction and Industrial careers Commercial Sales, in 2020 was promoted to the position of WBE/MBE and Commercial Sales Market Manager with 84 Lumber Company. I currently support locations and build relationships with women and minority suppliers, vendors, and construction-related businesses, and increase diversity awareness. Encouraging the WMBE community by supporting their business and making valuable connections has been the best part of my job.
